    Hi all,

Our uniform at work is changing and we're now having to wear a tabard style apron over our work uniform. It's a petrol station, with shop so would be nice to get to keep our uniform clean but uugh tabards uggh!

Anyways, main point is my brother that works there too is also having to wear one. Can I have your opinions please... do you think tabards are feminine only, or unisex? FYI it's navy with red trim to match our tops and fleeces & is the type that fastens at each side with a pocket in the front.

    Unisex or feminine?!!

At Waitrose we all have aprons which we have to wear are you sure that males arn't given aprons instead of tabards. I'd say tabards are more female than male.

There are only 2 guys who work here & both have not worked yet since the new uniform arrived but only tabards have been ordered.

I feel sorry for them as I personally think they are very feminine looking! Anyone else wear tabards to work?
