Can you teach both Biology and Psychology with a joint degree and PGCE? watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm thinking of doing a Biology and Psychology Joint Honours degree and then a PGCE. Would I be able to teach them both at Secondary School?

I THINK that you have to get the school to give you experience in the other subject which you didn't do a PGCE in and/or get their permission to do so. It depends on if the school has high demand for both subjects. However, psychology isn't a widely taught GCSE so might be hard to find a school that actually offers it in your area
Don't quote me on any of this 'cos im not sure.. i'd like clarification from someone who knows as i'd also like to consider this
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
