If I drop out of Uni, how do I pay back student loan? watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm in my 2nd year now, just started, but desperate to drop out, after a year of thinking about it.

If we do quit uni, do we have to pay our whole student loan back in the first 12 months of leaving, regardless of income? Or does the whole, repayable when earning over 15k a year thing apply?

    Help please!

If you have received any loan for your 2nd year you are likely to be required to pay thjis back straight away. Your uni may also ask you to pay tuition fees as the SLC won't cover this.

But your first year loan won't be due until next April, and then under the usual terms
