Ok so i know this is a bit psycho but does this seem like too much food for a 5ft5 girl? I just don't know if I eat normally. Thank you

Breakfast: two weetabix semi skimmed milk and 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Lunch: Bread Roll, small salad with chilli sauce, scotch egg

Snacks: half a cookie, peach and 5 minstrels

Dinner: Something like home made lasagne or fish and potatoes with veg

    Drinks: water or tea

Plus what kind of size/weight would you expect a girl who ate this kind of food daily to be?

Sounds not too much at all.

I eat a good bit more than that in terms of snacks and dinner, I am size 8 and 5ft6.

Yeah, it sounds okay, if not a little bit too small, but it also depends on your daily exercise/lifestyle. If you're active, then obviously you should definitely eat more. I'd add in a few more snacks and a larger salad.

    --EDIT:

Half a cookie?! Woman, no cookie should be eaten in halves!

This doesn't look like much to me, and I'm pretty tiny! You seem to be controlling a bit too much; half a cookie is kind of weird.
You could be any size because it's all down to metabolism. As I've learned over freshers your body is incredibly adaptable so you could eat a lot more or a lot less, without making much difference. Eat healthily should be your only rule.

    My thoughts exactly.
    Why not eat 6 minstrels?

If you're really worried about getting fat, weigh yourself every week.
If you keep gaining weight (small flactuations in weight are normal though) over the course of 2-3 weeks, you're either eating too much or not exercising enough.
