i do belive, the uni gives you the buzzword, but i could be wrong, if you search around on the forums you might find the answers, or you could just email your uni and ask them or even send ucas email, both will give you accurate answers

OP - Are you applying for a postgrad or undergrad medicine course?

If its postgrad, then I believe that you apply direct to the university of your choice.

If its undergrad, are you planning on getting one UG Degree, then doing another? (That could be quite expensive)

edit - also, try contacting the admissions dept. of the uni you want to apply for, they should be able to give you spot-on information

im applying for 4 year grad courses and 5 year undergrad courses
im asking whether when i register with UCAS do i apply as an individual or through a school or college?
Hmmmmm..... I belive you register as a individual, but I could be entirely wrong (sorry, possible 'Useless Advice' alarm going off)

If you don't get any satisfactory replies on here, I'd def suggest contacting somebody in admissions.

If you are applying for Medicine as an UG, you apply as an Individual. Surely you cannot pick the School/College option as you mentioned you are currently studying at UCL.

The 4 year course is still an UG degree, the 4 year GEM being a shortened one of the standard 5 year course.
