'um...' as in 'they've already had kids' or 'um...' as in 'it's dirty and wrong even if they don't and you're dirty because you like incest'?

It has been historically stigmatised and rightly so: there has never been a time in which it's been acceptable.

Graeco-Roman period in Egyptian history?
It kinda makes my skin crawl thinking about it, but I guess that's just an evolutionary thing. On a logical level, I don't think there's anything wrong with it, really.
No reason why they shouldn't marry. Producing a second child, however...
Na man, its not right. To a certain extent I get cousins but if you have the same mum and dad, its just wayyyyyy too far.
The only time I seriously disagree with incest is if it causes a pregnancy and if the two people go ahead with the pregnancy.

This is wrong because the child could end up severly disabled, mentally or physically.

However if two people who are related have sex with each other and do so in private, then I don't think it's as much of a big deal.

Just making sure.
Can't believe they stayed together, shocking.
Oh, come on:

"They grew up in separate towns about 100 miles apart and they met by chance during a night out socialising in a town neither of them is from."

They didn't know! It's very different to two siblings who grew up together getting married, in my opinion.
