Can i move away for my PGCE year?

I really want to move to a different area, even if just for a year.
Is This allowed in all Uni's?

    Thanks

Accommodations are available, but it will be limited. The best thing would be to check with the universities you're interested to see what their accommodation policy for postgraduate students.

Yeah, you can go wherever you like. Just make sure that you're living within decent commuting distance of the uni so that you don't end up travelling loads when on placements. If you look on the uni websites there should be a contact details so you can find out precisely what they offer to postgrads halls-wise.
