    Compare experiments 2 and 3 to find the order with respect to reactant B.

    Then, compare experiments 1 and 2 to find the order with respect to reactant A.

    Well, it's first order with respect to reactant B.

    Then, comparing 1 and 2:

    Rate stays the same.
    Conc of B has been quartered, so as it's first order, you'd expect the rate to have been quartered.
    But the rate has stayed the same, so this must be due to reactant A. Conc of A has doubled, so it must be second order with respect to reactant A, since 2^2 is 4, and that cancels out the conc of B being quartered.

    That's a pretty bad explanation I gave lol. You might want to wait until someone can explain it better. :p:
