    7.5 eggs
    250g chocolate
    2.5 packs of vanilla sugar

Basically you divide everything you had for four people by 4 then multiply the answer by 10.

Well if those amounts of ingredients will give you four portions, you'll want to work out how much for one.

So divide each measurement by 4 to give you how much you need for one.

    3/4 eggs =0.75
    100/4g of chocolate=25g
    1/4 pack of vanilla= 0.25

Then just multiply all of those by 10, to give you the right amount.

    7.5 eggs
    250g of chocolate
    2.5 vanilla sugar

    Hope this helps

half all the ingredients; 1.5 eggs, 50g choc, 1/2 pack of vanilla
    and X5 = 7.5 eggs, 250g choc, 2.5 pack of vanilla

    8 eggs
    250g chocolate
    3 packs.

You need to make enough for 10, and you can't get half an egg.....

um obviously as you can't really use half an egg, I'd multiply all the quantities by 3 and make 12 mouses...or just when you divide the mixture out into the glasses, everyone gets a slightly bigger one. With things like this you shouldn't really just round the egg up to 8 and not increase the other ingredients..it wont set right, and will probably have a slightly eggy flavour...yum
