    then your body will start to store more so when you do have your treats they will go straight to being stored as fat
    just have a little bit less each day than what you already do with your diet and hopefully altogether it should add up to your two treats

    well if i have 1000 cals instead of 1400 that should be ok

    you might smell of perfume but there is still dirt in places fat people have never seen on themselves

    I can't figure out tinktinktinkerbell, at first I thought she was just an incredibly dedicated troll. But there is some difference between posts, in the Fitness forum it's like talking to someone with brain damage who you can't really reason with because their condition is beyond their control, but outside this forum it's more like one of those people who manage to be both quite dim and weirdly arrogant at the same time. Either that or she may secretly be a 12 year old. It really could go in any of those directions.

    Meh i dont see why you cant have a treat!? I know people that are like super fit, slim and healthy (admittedly they are men!) and they just binge one day a week on really fat foods and at least double their cals and they still manage to lose weight :/ not too sure how it works but thought id throw it out there.

    'a one day binge is actually a very good idea as your metabolism has adapted to your low calorie intake making fat loss more difficult - but now it has just been reset by the sudden influx of calories which shocked it back into life again,so when you resume your 1300 a day tomorrow - there will be a fast weight loss,its best to set aside a higher calorie day each week to continue this and sticking points will be non existent..'

    what about higher than 1000 cals spread over 2 days?

    I guess it would be ok!? You need to eat around 3000 calories a day to gain 1lb...I dont really know tbh all i know is that the whole binge thing one day a week makes sense?! lol

    Look online... And I have also previously said that I know plenty of people that follow that routine.... Might not work for everyone because obviously you have to exersize.

    Online can back up anything, I am asking for an actual scientific study that demonstrates this is the case - otherwise it is simply broscience and not worth the paper it is written on.
