    They just blur the top and bottom of the video to make it look out of focus. That's all they need to do. It gives the impression of a macro shot on a camera.

    They've probably messed around with the light levels and the colouring on this one too, to make it look more model-esque.

    It's a cool effect, though.

    Looks like wide angle lens, aerial shot, focus blurring, time lapse and possibly messing around with the contrast. I'd love to try it some time.
