I know this sound abstract to you all, but out of some pleasent experiences, which of the investment banks is easier to apply for, in terms of difficulty of making an app, number of interview stages and quality of canditates at AC, outline your thoughts:eek3:

No such thing. Randomness and luck are part of the application process. There are always many who get rejected from "lower rated" banks, and get offers from higher rated ones. I had a friend who interviewed with every bank on the street and got rejected from every single one, until his last interview where he got an offer from GS. One may take steps to minimise the randomness and maximise their 'luck', but those elements will always be there. Every rejection prepares you better for the next interview. Your best chances arise when you maximise the number of interviews you get.
