    I have quite bad spots and have done since i was about 11 or 12 and now im 14, ive tried loads of different things but nothing seems to work, ive seen improvement from a few things but my spots always go back to the way they were. does anyone no of any good treatments? :confused:

    My Mum used to use something called Oxy 10 when she was my age and said it worked really well. They still make it now, I've been using it for a few years and it's worked really well for me too. It's not too expensive either, about £3.99? You can get it from most chemist like stores, e.g Boots and Superdrug.

    If you have Acne then be careful about what products you use. Alcohol based face products will probably make it worse. If it's getting you down go see your doc to start a course treatment which will either involve taking a tablet or two daily for quite a long time (months and months it's a slow process) or see about Benzoyl Peroxide.
