    Special K

I'm not a fan of cereal, and it's the only one I seem to like.

Cheerios...because I don't like sugar-covered cereals, and cheerios seem to be a slightly healthier option.

18, female, Coco Pops, because they are damn tasty and I like to regress to my childhood by drinking the chocolate milk out the bowl when I've finished the cereal.

Weetabix (Sainsburys brand). It is cheaper and I can make breakfast interesting by adding fruit & nuts.

Please state your Age and gender- 17, female

Please state what breakfast cereal you have (including brand) E.g. Kellogg's cornflakes, or Morrisons cornflakes- Ok, well right now I have cheerios but I tend to change it up between bran flakes, weetabix and frosted wheats.

Please state why- all quite high in fibre and quite filling. Also, I can't get ones that taste TOO nice because I'm a cereal nut and so if we get frosties, special k, crunchy nut, etc. I'll eat the whole box in a day.

(all the brands are like, the proper ones- either Kellog's or Nestle)

Tesco Fruit n Fibre, Nestle Fruitful Shredded Wheat, Nestle Nesquick, ASDA High Bran.

All are high fibre and filling apart from the Nesquick which i just eat to satisfy my sweet tooth :P

    Gender: M
    Age: 19
    Cereal: Tesco Fruit & Fibre
Why?: It's cheap, tasty and I don't think it's rammed with sugar like most breakfast cereals, although I could be wrong, in which case I wouldn't really care anyway.
