No corporation is evil really. Look at it this way a company is like a wild animal it is driven by the need to make profit. It will do anything in its power to get profit its the only goal it pursues. It is not the corporation being evil if it leaks radioactive waste into a river in the name of a cheap check, it did not do this to kill anyone but just as another way to make money.

It is the governments job to regulate and control this animal. When a corporation does anything illegal no one should be surprised as cheap quick easy ways to make profit are what companies to. It is up to the government to make sure the corporations do not hurt anyone in their ceaseless quest to make money and if they do it is up to the government to punish the corporation.

    The Umbrella Corporation

Joking aside it would have to be:

Nestlé - for their scrupulous business activities (esp concerning their domination of baby milk) and supporting some of the world's repressive regimes

News Corp - for owning FOX

Talking about corporations as 'evil' is nonsensical. If you're talking about corporations from an idealistic, moralistic, stance then some can be seen to be 'immoral' through things such as polluting the environment. However, 'immoral' does not amount to 'evil'.
