Thought this might be better placed in this sub forum.

I have briefly searched the forums for information relating to this scheme, but only found bits and bobs relating to ‘Working at McDonalds’ or crew positions and not specifically the Business Manager Scheme. I have the On the Job Evaluation (OJE) next month and I am wandering what to expect, as well as my chances of actually securing a job.

If anyone has any experience of this particular scheme, I would be very grateful if you could post your experiences of the application process and the role itself, as well as any information which you feel might help me with the OJE.

    Thank you.
