I have chosen my 5 university choices to do Psychology, but im not sure if the uni i have chosen for my insurance is too high......![]()
In my AS i got AAB and im predicted A*AA
My choices are:
Cambridge= A*AA
Birmingham= AAB
Sheffield= AAB
Reading= AAB
Oxford Brookes (Insurance)= ABB
The insurance place i have chosen is Oxford Brookes...........but they want ABB. Is that too high? Should i choose a uni that only wants BBC for my insurance instead or not???
But the problem is that i don't like any Universities that only want BBC![]()
I don't know what to do....![]()

If you're already acheiving above ABB and predicted to get higher, I don't see why ABB should be a problem as an insurance. However it's really up to you whether you feel confident you can achieve those grades (and considering you're applying to Cambridge, I'd imagine you could be pretty confident about getting ABB, without it being a risk).
Also, if you made the choice of a BBC university for example, purely as a backup, the chances are you won't like the uni at all, and you'd be better off applying somewhere where you know that you'd like, even if it is slightly riskier. That's my opinion anyway... -

Sounds like a good plan to me- I have the same predicted grades as you and my insurance is AAB
