The hardest part to get rid of or exercise out.
The back of the hip, I have too much of it i think, and my boyfriend really likes it as he feels he likes it to grab or hold. But I feel there is too much lovehandles and want to loosen it down and lose some.

You cant really spot reduce fat, when it goes it all goes, slowly anyway. Your body burns off you stomach but then will rebalance itself.
