    I've been going through a cycle of smoking for around 6 months and then quitting for a year or so, since I was 14.

    Seriously binging on junk food. The normally eating too much of it is fine but sometimes I take it a step too far...I don't feel guilty about any of the rest of my pleasures though.

    Large block of chocolate, bottle of good red wine and a good film (these sometimes follow take away Indian food).

    I usually put the phone on silent, mobile switched off, shutters and curtains closed...I'm unavailable!

    Don't do it often, but it's bliss.
