has to be a tuna one

Right, you were asking how many calories were in the sub - so you could decide whether to eat it, yes?

Now you've found out its a s*** load, and besides the fact you're on a diet you still go and cram it down your festering hole. My first point, if you're on a calorie controlled diet, for f***s sake don't go and eat a 1,000 calorie sandwich PLUS crisps! The diet is obviously not going to work, and you'll remain as overweight as ever (and yes, I have seen your picture). My second point, if you don't give a f*** how many calories are in it, don't start the godforsaken thread in the first place.

I only ever eat a 6 inch sub with tuna and cheese with no dressings/salad (I'm boring) and always wondered how calorific it was?

http://www.subway.co.uk/menu/subs/classic/tuna.aspx 398 with the salad ... so probably a little less than that without.

Why does anyone give Tinkerbell advice? It's pretty retarded.
