Hi, I after 2 years of studying social policy I decided it wasn't for me, I failed my second year and so decided to drop out and start a new degree in politics from scratch.

I have already used 2 years funding from student finance, will I be entitled to the full amount of funding for the new degree?

I don't have any other income at the moment and so I am really hoping I will get the full 3 years funding.

    Thanks in advance,

    Nina

You'll only be entitled to a maintenance loan for the first year, and need to pay the fees yourself.

You'll be entitled to a fee loan from year 2 onwards, but if you repeat any years you'll go back to a maintenance loan only situation.
