Ive suffered with high anxiety levels for 2 and a half years,.
its affected me from going out and how i feel about myself.
After countless Visits to the doctors and seeing counsellors,
I Gave up with that approach and Tried my own way.
I went and brought a Home gym, Weights, weight bench, Cross trainner, Dumbbells and barbell.
Get to sleep at a reasonable time at night.
Ive found that weightlifting is helping a lot and actully more than seeking professional Help.
I would reccomend exercise to anyone that suffers with anxiety or depresson.
Has Anyone else over come a problem the same way ?

It did at first. But then the cute gym guy started going out of his way to talk to me and I'm now a nervous wreck everytime before I go in.
