No, the offer will not be raised if you have higher predicted grades. All they will do is show whether you are likely to meet their offer. University's do change offers depending on candidates, sometimes depending on predicted grades, but not higher, only if they think you are worth the place but you are not likely to achieve the grades they usually ask for due to your college or whatever.
