Daft question that i'll get slated for :p: but do uni's include your AS score to your UCAS points?

random entry requirements: • 260 points including at 160 points from at least two GCE/VCE A levels or BTEC National qualifications or one AVCE double award. Key Skills qualifications are not included in points.

So do they want 260 points from your 3 A-levels AND AS Level, with at least 2 of your A-levels adding up to 160? (i.e at least 2 C's)

    Or just 260 from your 3 A-levels (e.g BCC)

Just making sure i got this right :p:

You must get at least 160 points from two A-levels, and the rest of the points can come from AS-levels.

So at A-level the minimum you can get is CC and BB at AS. If you do three A-levels however you'll need to get BCC.

If it said "260 points at A2 or equivalent", all points must come from A-levels. But as it only wants a minimum of 160 from A-levels, you can make up the rest from AS-levels.

    I hope this helps

So i could get 160points from 2 A levels, and 100points from some AS levels?

I got a D in AS maths and dropped it, so if i applied to this course i only need (260-30) 230points from my 3 A-levels?

You need to bear in mind that the office stated on the website is only a typical offer. The offer that you'd receive may vary. However, if you receive the offer exactly as stated then yes your D in AS maths would count towards the required points.

Yep, that's right. But as the person above said, it is only a typical offer so your offer may be slightly different.
