    If you can get a NHS dentist to take you on their books then it would be free for most routine procedures I assume.

    If you are a full time student, you get free dental care up to the age of 18, then once you turn 19 you have to pay standard NHS rates (about £16 for a check up and scale and polish).

    If by cleaning you mean whitening, it won't be free NHS or not.

    Scale and polish for 19 year olds is £16.50
