Coming off pill tomorrow, will my long period stop immediately? Watch

I started taking the pill nearly a fortnight ago on the 1st day of my period. However, I'm still on my period, which, after reading numerous internet forums seems quite normal.

Anyway, I'm ready to give up- this is getting me down and the fact that I took it up for safe-sex to end up not having any sex at all is ridiculous. I took a pill this morning and have decided that should be my last one- will the bleeding have stopped by tomorrow night? Or is this just going to carry on now even though I'm off the pill?

Please help I can't find an answer to this anywhere!

Not sure about how quickly the bleeding will stop, but make sure you haven't had unprotected sex in the last 7 days or there's a risk of pregnancy. I bled for 10 days after I started my pill, settled down fine after that.

Might be an idea to go to your gp and ask for a different pill? They usually like you to stay on it for 3 months as it can take that long for your body to get used to it. Would prob be worth persevering for a wee while longer with it.

No, you probably shouldn't stop so soon either, going on/off the pill really messes with your hormones
I doubt very much you would stop bleeding straight
    Just try ride it out...
