way to bring a thread up from the dead. xD
if this answers any questions, my fine art teacher did his degree in graphic design.
my other teacher did hers in photography,
so i guess it's very interchangeable.

I'm currently applying for 5 Graphic Design courses.
But i'd say what I enjoy most and what I am best at is Photography, I did Graphic Design at A-level and it allowed a lot of freedom, it seemed as though you could focus on anything from Art to Photography, which I liked a lot.

I hoping the Graphics courses i'm applying to are like that, but i'm pretty worried about getting there and it being very industry like design based and digital.
And this worry keeps momentarily giving me the urge to just swap all my choices to Photography, but I usually allow it pass, ha.

Ideally i'd like to do Graphic Design, with the freedom to allow me to pursue Photography as a part of it, along with other things. Such as work bordering on Fine Art.
I feel as though that is what I want, rather than to be limited a bit more within a Photography degree, depsite the fact I do love it.

I'm sending my application off tomorrow. It's worrying meeee.
I scared of making the wrong decision!

your reasons for applying to Graphic Design instead of Fine Art or Photography are exactly the same as mine.
    good luck!
mine's getting sent off this week also.
