    Im trying to gain muscle and I am naturally skinny so its not easy. Im 5.10/11 and 70 kg.

    My diet for today was

    Meal 1
    Bacon Sandwhich, banana, pint of milk

    Meal 2
    Two slices of toast two chicken fillet burgers and beans

    Meal 3
    Pork chop with chips

    Meal 4
    Post work out protein shake, banana

    Meal 5
    Chicken curry

    Am I eating enough to put on muscle, i want to try and increase how much I'm eating but really finding it difficult to fit in another meal

    p.s my diet has been pretty similiar to that for the last few weeks

    It's pretty hard to determine how much you're eating when we don't know the portion sizes exactly.

    A good idea would be to work out your BMR (there are lots of websites for doing this), which will give you a rough idea of how many calories you'll need.

    After you've done that you should try to watch how many calories you're consuming a day and you'll know whether to increase it or not.
