declaration question

i just wanted to know if i would have to sign a new declaration for student finance, this is my situation:

- finished my non-means tested application for student finance (tuition loan & basic maintenence grant) in april. was granted them 12/04/2010. I signed and sent off a declaration which was approved.

- my parents separate, early september i send off a change of circumstances (unconventional, being reviewed by the 'special circumstances team') and i have been told to expect my maintenance grant to be approved in 2 weeks time, and to receive it 2-3 days after this.

WILL i have to sign another declaration? which would further delay the time between my payment being approved & receiving it? thank you in advance.
