i'm 18 years old, female, 4'10 in height and weigh 5 stone 8lbs (about 35kg)
my diet is -
breakfast - a banana, an apple, a slice of toast with marmite & a glass of apple/orange juice.
late morning snack - an apple or an orange with an oat flap jack or bag of crisps
lunch - a salad with either a burger/slice of pizza/small pizza/soup. or if i'm out - some sandwiches/a wrap/pitta bread sandwich
late afternoon snack - go-ahead bar/biscuits
dinner - a home cooked meal - spag bol/jacket potato/chilli/etc
I go to the gym about 4 times a week, & include mild resistance training exercises to try to tone up a bit, but i just stay tiny! I feel really underweight & out of proportion. Anyone have any good weight gaining tips?
Thought he was 19... really he's 14
