    Hi

    I need advice about how to gain weight and bulk up. I'm quite a skinny guy (BMI of 19, 6 ft tall) and I want to start eating more food and more healthily so I can put on weight, so what would a typical daily diet for this consist of? (Specific examples would be brilliant). Also, I want to bulk up a bit but I'm lacking the confidence to the gym. So what cheap home equipment etc should I buy so I can work out at home for a month or so before I start hitting the gym?
