Hi I want to become a primary school teacher but not sure what other qualifications I would need to be one. I've looked online at the teach.gov website but its a bit confusing.

I have 11 GCSE's all A-C, and an NVQ level 3 (which i think is equivalent to 2 A level's) but that is in Health & Social Care as I currently work in a hospital.

Are there any courses I can do so I can apply to university?

Any help would be much appreciated!

You need to look at your unis requirements for the type of course you want to do. To do an education degree, some work experience at a local school is invaluable.

You will also need so many UCAS points - call your uni which you are most interested in and tell them what you have already got. Then you can ask what else they would want.
