I have a desk which has a back panel.
I need to remove the back panel in order to place a clamp on the desk.
What tool/tools do I need in order to detach such a fixture as in the picture?

    Thank,s

Can also be opened with a fitting flathead...
Just take care not to overturn it, that will lock it again.
    Try to align horizontally.
