My friend might go to prison - I'm worried about her Watch

    prison will do one of two things

    1. give her the shock she needs to get her life in order

    2. confirm her as a member of the criminal underclass

    Sorry to sound horrible, but this is her mistake. You can't keep protecting your friend like this otherwise she will never learn. From what you have said, it sounds like you have done everything to help her. Let her make her own mistakes and don't feel like you have to be there all the time for her. You have done everything you can.

    She deserves prison especially after basically saying she can't be ****ed doing CS. Not showing up at community service which was her punishment for drunk driving because she went out and got drunk...? E-yeah, hope they don't let her off jail. I'd say 1 more chance at community service (maybe), then jail. Not that she sounds the kind of person who's going to learn from it anyway but still.
