Well like i said, my mate has cracks, not patches but her doctor still told her it was geograpic tongue.

It's a deficiency in something, I remember seeing it on 'You Are What You Eat', can't remember what for the life of me.
A zinc deficiency apparently ..
ah yer, i remember hearing that on 'you are what you eat'
umm i think pumpkin seeds have zinc in. anyone know of any more zincy foods?
