Vienna, I may not be the first to have asked you this, but, don't you just get tired of the saaaame ole crap? It's always something along these lines that you are 'debating'. I am assuming there's some 'cheap trill' you get out of it, however, hasn't such a thrill now been exhausted?
Isn't there absolutely anything else you'd like to discuss? Your several thousand contributions to this forum have played rather like a broken record!
hehe, you sound just like me....

vienna95, do u have any links to the original article that Kilroy wrote, (kos sure as hell i kant find any).

as i said before, i havn't read the article, but people keep on getting it wrong. He didn't say that all arabs are limb amputators and the sheit, he said stuff about the arab states.

oh yeah lets just do a show of " " for anyone who has actually read the article.

yes i did.

i just wish the western world would appreciate some of the stuff the eastern side has done, they seem to think that they did very little.

if it wasnt for an iranian guy called "chemi" then we wouldnt have chemistry today, and hence medicine and so forth.

and yes, i am iranian, thats why i know this!
Are you completely stupid!?!
That's like saying that if Jenner hadn't created the smallpox vaccine (and vaccination itself) that we wouldn't have it today!!! OF course we would, possibly some years later, but we would anyway. History is full of tales of scientists who discovered stuff, which then was forgotten and rediscovered years later
Teflon was 'invented' in the early 20th century for gods sake

Aids originated from chimpanzees and not Black African Humans!! And Kilroy was not having a go at asians but at arabs (this is important to distinguish) The reason such a big deal was made was because he works for BBC and is meant to represent the impartial view of the corporation - in his position having any sort of view on such a currently contentious issue is career suicide - he was a talk-show host and was given his chance to discuss views because he was coming from an objective viewpoint - no bias - but not after this article
Proove it

This is outrageous!!!!!You are obviously an idiot. There are many whites with HIV who have never even touched an African. The fact is that people lack the education or are simply indifferent to the use of condoms. What does posting such articles in a local paper do. It incites racial hatred. In fact, an acquaintance of mine (who is one of the brightest Africans I know) verbally abused in the park because as an African he is apparently spreading AIDS. Hmm, the guy is a virgin. If he had AIDS he would be dead.

Anyway I wouldn't expect you to have a brain cell in that head. Afterall, you are a Nazi.
1) Stop talking about AIDS, you mean HIV. You can't pass on AIDS, it's a syndrome.

2) You can live for some time with full blown AIDS. There are certain things associated with the HIV viral damage though - including damage to neurones, leading to dementia.

3)HIV is thought possibley to have come from a simian virus (monkey) but there is no conclusive proof. One theory is that the monkey kidney cultures used to grow Rubella vaccine may have lead to HIV development.

4) There is no way in hell you could catch HIV off a monkey, so the presence or lack of monkeys in a country has jack all to do with anything. HIV is not zoonotic.

5) No, you can't cure HIV, but you can increase the time till AIDS onset from a few years (2-4) to lots of years (12-24). That consistutes the same as 'life' in prison

6) When push comes to shove, the huge spread of HIV has been due to several groups. Africans, and homosexuals. This constitued only the initial spread however. You also have to remember that before it was realised how far HIV had spread people didnt regulary use condoms. This was especially the case in Africa - and still is. In Africa it is the Churches fault as much as anyones - they preach that condoms have no effect, and some reckon that it is the cause of HIV.
Meanwhile Mbeki (a figure i really detest) and those before him have directly lead to the situation in South Africa - they refuse(d) to give anti-virals to the population. It should be noted that anti-virals not only increase your life, but decrease the risk of spread.

7) Worst of all is the groups of African's - often business men and politicians who don't use condoms, use prostitutes and seek to protect themselves prophylactically with anti-virals. However they only use one anti-viral, which means they catch the virus, it mutates resistance, and then they spread it to other people. This is one of the reasons for resistant hiv

8) Many of our doctors are indeed from india, south africa etc. They are poached by the NHS. We have now had to sign agreements with many countries limiting the amount of docotrs we can poach.

i finally found the original article, though not the one from April last year.

QuoteWe Owe Arabs Nothing
We are told by some of the more hysterical critics of the war on terror that "it is destroying the Arab world". So? Should we be worried about that? Shouldn't the destruction of the despotic, barbarous and corrupt Arab states and their replacement by democratic governments be a war aim? After all, the Arab countries are not exactly shining examples of civilisation, are they?

Few of them make much contribution to the welfare of the rest of the world. Indeed, apart from oil — which was discovered, is produced and is paid for by the West — what do they contribute? Can you think of anything? Anything really useful? Anything really valuable? Something we really need, could not do without? No, nor can I. Indeed, the Arab countries put together export less than Finland. We're told that the Arabs loathe us. Really? For liberating the Iraqis? For subsidising the lifestyles of people in Egypt and Jordan, to name but two, for giving them vast amounts of aid? For providing them with science, medicine, technology and all the other benefits of the West? They should go down on their knees and thank God for the munificence of the United States.

What do they think we feel about them? That we adore them for the way they murdered more than 3,000 civilians on September 11 and then danced in the hot, dusty streets to celebrate the murders? That we admire them for the cold-blooded killings in Mombasa, Yemen and elsewhere? That we admire them for being suicide bombers, limb-amputators, women repressors? I don't think the Arab states should start a debate about what is really loathsome.

But why, in any case, should we be concerned that they feel angry and loathe us? The Arab world has not exactly earned our respect, has it? Iran is a vile, terrorist-supporting regime — part of the axis of evil. So is the Saddam Hussein -supporting Syria. So is Libya. Indeed, most of them chant support for Saddam. That is to say they support an evil dictator who has gassed hundreds of thousands of their fellow Arabs and tortured and murdered thousands more. How can they do this and expect our respect? Why do they imagine that only they can feel anger, call people loathsome? It is the equivalent of all the European nations coming out in support of Hitler the moment he was attacked by the US, because he was European, despite the fact that he was attempting to exterminate the Jews — and Arabs.

Moreover, the people who claim we are loathsome are currently threatening our civilian populations with chemical and biological weapons. They are promising to let suicide bombers loose in Western and American cities. They are trying to terrorise us, disrupt our lives. And then they expect us to be careful of their sensibilities? We have thousands of asylum seekers from Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries living happily in this country on social security. This shows what their own people think of the Arab regimes, doesn't it? There is not one single British asylum seeker in any Arab country. That says it all about which country deserves the epithet loathsome.

• George Galloway, the member of parliament for Baghdad Central, as his tormentors describe him, called the British and American troops "wolves" and called for the Arab countries to rise up and fight them and to cut off oil from the combatants. Later he called upon British troops to refuse to obey "illegal orders". He has, predictably, been vilified. His comments have been termed a disgrace, disgusting, outrageous and so on.

He has been called a loony, naive, gullible and a traitor. There have been demands that George's constituency party should deselect him, that his constituents should not vote for him at the next general election, and that he should be deported to Iraq. No one, as yet, has demanded that he be put in the stocks or burnt at the stake, though no doubt this will come.

But why all the fuss? Why is everyone getting into such an excitable lather over the predictable remarks of a no-mark?

Who with any sense cares an Iraqi dinar for what dear George thinks? Like Clare Short, George is a licensed court jester. He acts the buffoon while she's the straight part of the act, though she exaggerates her sanctimonious seriousness.

Neither are taken seriously. Both are totally discredited laughing stocks that add to the variety of political life. At least George is open, honest and sincere.

LOL. I find it funny that the area of the world that started civilisation as we know it is the one that causes problems for todays civilised world.

forgive me, but i didnt think that was on his show.
Kilroy's overtly racist tone in both condemnation of Arab states and Irish EU commissioner's make him unsuitable for a programme that requires a presenter who is overseeing contentious issues to be seen as unbiased. Kilroy does not fit that criteria and is therefore unfit to be allowed to remain in the role.
The fact that his programme has been going on so long is not an indication that he is of fair-mindedness, rather that he has a dogged, arrogant and supercilious relentlessness.
Many posters on this forum are quick to defend the likes of Kilroy yet slow to defend those who have been slurred against. This perhaps is part of their flawed characters

when i finsihed my GCSE's i had a lot of mornings to watch his programs and i did not find him racist, xenophbic, biased whatever.

and quite rightly said, why now, he's been doing the show for 17 years, why the hell now?
I am beginning to woner if you would see a wet fish that slapped you on the side of the face tbo.
A person who is ractist xenophobic and biased will rarely see it in another who is displaying the same traits. It takes intelligence to see through nuances of that sort of behaviour sometimes as the person doing it is not necessarily overt.
People suffered slavery for many many years before anybody stood up and said it was wrong!!!

i think its bad to have EU laws that mean our NHS system is indefinately clogged up with people who have no right to be here, while our own families cant get treatment.
Our NHS system? Why are you saying it belongs to you?
