Phone Interview for the Co-op

    • Thread Starter

I have one on Tuesday and was wandering if anyone has ever had one before with them. What sort of questions are they likely to ask??? I have got information about the history of the company so far.

Co-op tend to do competency based questions, ie "tell me about a time you..." so you might want to prepare examples of customer service (either given, or received if you've never had a job) or organising an event or things like that.

Is this for the Graduate Scheme? I applied about a week ago, still not heard anything yet

No it's for the role of a sales advisor in their contact centre.
