I'm not sure that such a comparison is really possible ... they are two entirely different courses

Yeah but in terms of load of work and time consuming which is the hardest?
Is it worth doing Medicine and then later not getting a high page job.. i mean if you do medicine you can only specialise in hospitals but for physics you can do a lot of things like finance etc if later you change your mind

Thanks for your time

physics is probably more academically rigorous.

If your primary concern is with getting a high paid job then perhaps a career in medicine is not for you.
Apparenlty the workload in some engineering courses equals medicine, if not more.
They're both probably almost equally as hard - but in different ways.

Physics is extremely theoretical and, well, complicated, but medicine is still extremely theoretical in parts but maybe more straightforward in some parts.

However, a basic Bachelors' degree in Physics is only 3 years but Medicine is 5 years plus a year or so of training.

Also, medicine is hard because you need to be the right sort of person and be prepared to work very long extremely stressful hours at times, plus hold the very high entry requirements to get in.

Exactly, medicine I've heard it's from 9-5 everyday with regular exams and short holidays!!! and high requirements to get in thats if they do plus poor paid job....
while physics which i know since i have friends doing it are less hours, longer holidays less stressful and just 3 years for a barchelors you can get high paid jobs for this which i want to find out if anyone knows please post them

If u have any advice i would really appreciate it

Thanks for your time

Are you talking about the degree or jobs you may gain with either degree?

I can tell you as a physicst that the hours are far from short with physics. I think we had more contact hours and then obviously how much time you spend outside the lecture theatre depends on the individual.

Have you done a Masters on Physics ?

If so how was the entire course like? was it a lot of time to do with lectures and practical stuff did u have time for leisure etc ?

Thanks for your time and help
