What do the Qualifications Stand for?
Might be a really stupid question to ask, but i have crawled through the internet looking for the answer to this question but it seems everybody knows what it is and nobody ever wastes space on their websites explaining it.
Bascically what i would love to know is what all the courses stand for.
What i would like to do is post 5 examples and then someone point me to a place where i can find the whole list or someone put the list below.
I would appreciate it very much if people help instead of laughing out loud at me.
Examples:
4SW Hon BA
4FT Hon MA
3FT Hon BScEcon
2FT HND
1FT FYr FYr
If anybody could help i would love it so much.

4 year sandwich course (3 year degree, 1 year in industry) Bachelor of Arts degree.
4 year master in arts (this is an undergraduate degree not to be confused with a postgrad)
3 year bachelor of science (economics)
2 year higher national diploma
1 year foundation year.

4FT Hon MA = 4 years full time, honours, master of arts (i think)
3FT Hon BScEcon = 3 years full time Bachelor of science/economics
2FT HND = 2years full time, higher national diploma
1FT FYr FYr = 1 year fullt time, foundation year, foundation year

I now know what they mean, basically the number is the years, the bit after is the type and the end part is basically the stugy guide qualifcation.
