Weight loss

I came back to uni 2weeks ago, and many people have said I have drastically lost weight, it made me feel depressed. The weight loss was obviously unintentional, but the problem is I just cant seem to gain weight, no matter what or how much I eat.
Im 6"1 and 11stones, is that at all bad?

right, very simple..

eat right before you goto bed.

do this for few days, youll turn into a pig !

Just eat healthily, if you eat the right foods im sure you will gradually put on some weight, just dont go on a junk food binge as this wont do your body any good, just eat well and im sure you will gradually put on some weight,m by the way i think your weight is fine.

Looks as though you're a healthy weight for your height. You've probably just got a good metabolism & stay really slim. As long as the weight loss doesn't carry on & you feel otherwise healthy, then don't worry.

Don't just eat tons and tons of crap to gain weight.You will get into bad habits now and be a fat old man :smile:
