I dunno...sometimes I get really hot even though it's not boiling and I sweat loads...sometimes I feel really cold when it's hot though. Maybe wear less clothes?

Does anyone else sweat loads? I do, im not even worn out but im drenched with sweat and its really embarrassing! Is there anything you can suggest, particularly for my face!

i have a friend who's self conscious about how much she sweats, especially when we go out...so to combat the problem on her face she puts roll-on deoderant on her forehead, nose etc over top of her makeup and swears it works! odd but maybe worth a try
There is a medical condition - Hyperhidrosis - for this.
A mate of mine is similar, and suspects he has it...
Might be one thing to look into

aww, thanks. Its a little embarrassing to go to a doctor, and he'll just tell me to lose weight before anything else! But i dont feel tired or worn out, im just sweaty! I might try the roll on over the head thing though! Sounds like it could work!

That sounds pretty silly to me! but if it is Hyperhidrosis, then your doctor might give you something reduce excessive sweating but i don't think there's a cure. Maybe try to find why it happens? is it when you're around people etc...if so, you could try breathing excercise to make it better.

no, i'm serious! i must admit i did nearly poke myself in the eye with my mascara wand when i first saw her roll deoderant over her forehead, lol, but if you think about it it makes sense.

it does!

Pure madness if you ask me. I'd rather get something from a GP than roll deoderant all over my forehead.

You sweat when you're warm.....hence a cold shower instead of a warm one.
