I have this problem i recently started going out with this guy but no one knows about it yet and the people at my school are bound to take the mick out of us, also there is this girl who really fancies my boyfriend and would kill me if she found out. we want to be more 'cuddely' in school but cant when its all a secret :frown:

what i would like to know is how to tell everyone and how to tell the girl who fancies him and keep her calm as i dont want any trouble! :frown:

im really worried and want this realationship to last!

just tell your mates and concentrate on enjoying your time with your boyfriend. People'll see and then just take the hint. If they choose to say something, good for them. Just be happy and enjoy the feeling :smile:

Just be more "cuddly" around each other and they will soon to get the hint. Then when they ask you, just say "yes", answer them straight.
It isn't like you're doing anything wrong. They just have to accept that you're in a relationship and you shouldn't sacrifice being with your bf just because you care what other people think.

As the above have said, as for the other girl, if she attacks you, have her arrested and sentenced for 5 years, she cant be a problem then *wink*. But on a serious note, you shouldnt hide your relationship! Be proud of who you are! and of him! and of each other! Love openly, its the only way! And if you get shunned by your friends, it'll say a lot more about them than about you!

You don't have to tell people straight off, you could tell close friends and behave in a more couply manner, other people will probably then ask, at which point you can tell them. Its better than just shouting it to everyone, plus you're less likely to make the other girl angry. You haven't done anything wrong though, so you shouldn't feel threatened by anyone else with regard to who you're dating. Don't worry, the other girl will doubtlessly find someone else soon.

I have the same problem at the moment, although it's at uni where we're around everyone all day. Apparently everyone's noticed but haven't mentioned it according to one girl. Eventually people will start picking up on it, then just answer if they ask you

I first assumed that you were ashamed of telling people, possibly due to severe ugliness. However, this other girl liking him suggests otherwise. If people think you're a weird couple and rip the piss, who cares? As long as you two are happy, that's all that counts.

Yes i know, but i thought it would be a bit pointless to repeat the same line. Hence, I chose a distinctive line from the song to show that I recognised the song. It was sort of like an acknowledging nod to a fellow radiohead fan. :smile:

Umm...anyway - my closest female friend fancied my boyfriend, but when it came to it, she accepted that he just wasn't interested in her. If she's not a psycho, then she'll understand.
Unfortunately, a lot of people are psychos.
