Enough of the dieting threads!

I dont know about anyone else, but i think there are too many threads about how people are dieting (often dangerously might i add) and too much of people comparing their weights v heights etc.
Im not saying im totally happy with how i look, im not and ive done the ED thing...it sucked, im trying to get through it and im sure there are others who are in the same boat.

Im not trying to preach, i just think that its only going to make people feel worse by constantly depressing themselves. I doubt there are any people on here who need to diet, and for those that do its unlikely we'll be able to give you the help you need, you need a doctor for that.

All im saying is that people should focus on what they like about themselves and focus on making positive changes if you make any at all, or trying to be happy as you are. I know its not easy..........but I also think its worth it.

i agree...
i don't give a textbook about my weight...
okay, as long as i don't appear chubby and keep a flat stomach...
and so i don't appear skinny either...

heck, the last time i weighed myself was on holiday in
India and that was for the novelty of spending 1 indian rupee...

Thats fairly idealistic, but the message overall is probably well intended, so I shalln't complain further.. except to point out that im sure some people on here do need to diet, since I am one of them... I think what you meant was that a lot of people who seem to feel they should diet, really may not need to!
