Is it too late to have an abortion if you are 4 months pregnant.

and anyway what is the procedure if you want an abortion what do they do?

I think its any time before 5 months but i wouldnt hold me to it, i think abortion can be done with tablets now so theres no surgery or anything involved.

Maybe you're thinking of the morning-after pill, which only works if taken the morning after.

No you can have an abortion up to 24 weeks

There is now an abortion pill but it can only be taken if you are under 9 weeks pregnant.

Very early abortions can be done by tablet - this is different to the morning-after pill.

Referral by your doctor or family planning clinic to the hospital where you will be seen by a consultant, after 16 weeks labour is induced and you have to go through the procedure of giving birth (someone correct me if Im wrong). Before 16 weeks its a lot easier on the pregnant person.
