To my knowledge.....you can retake all of the modules as many times as you want...as everyone else has said....but the thing is you can only keep the last 2 marks for each module that you obtained....

so...if for example the 1st time...you get 82, and the second and third times you only get 75 and 72....then you have to choose your module mark from either 72 OR 75....you've lost the 82 you got the first time round....

so it's only worth retaking the module a third time or more if you are pretty certain that you'll beat the mark you got the first time.

Yes, well explained. The universities can tell if you have re-sat your exams or not by looking at your UCAS application.
