Help! [questions re. bleeding in foreplay etc]

Hey all.

Ok so, my bf and I were fooling around last night and once we'd finished (i dont mean sex btw, just fingering) i noticed a bit of blood on the bed. (i'm a virgin btw) i got really worried that id started my period but when i went to the bathroom i never had any blood like when im on my period. im worried cos i need to start taking the pill on my first day of my period. do u think i twas my period or something else???

Also, if a guy isnt wearing a condom, yet ur fooling around as in bj's or he's on top but not inside of me, can any of his sperm get inside me like this? if the guy isnt actually inside you, does that mean none of his sperm will get inside u therefore u wont get preggers and dont need the emergency pill???

well unless you used a needle to syringe his sperm in, im fairly certain you arent going to get pregnant

no but the sperm cant like travel down into me?if say any got on my pussi (sorry if im not allowed to use that word on here, didnt know what else to say) like at the top part, can it travel down??
It's possible, but very unlikely. It has been heard of, but I think only in freak cases. If it would put your mind at risk, take the emergency pill. Or if you're about to go on the pill, just start taking it! You have to take it on the first day of your period for it to be effective straight away, but you can start taking it on any day and it's effective after (I think) a week. I wish someone had told me that. When I first started having sex with my boyfriend I waited three months for my period because I didn't know you could start the pill whenever.

well ive got 2 weeks till my period is due. problem is my period is so irregular most of the time. maybe everytime we're gonna fool around he should just wear a condom.

the likelihood of this happening without pentrative sex is extremly minimal

It is allowed, but there is a perfectly usable anatomical term.

No, you are not going to get pregnant from what you are doing. If, however, you keep panicking every time this happens, you need to a)think about whether you're ready to be doing this AT ALL (which we told you in your other thread we didn't think you were, and you agreed) and b)use a condom if only to give you peace of mind. Plus be very careful if you have him on top but not actually inside you - it's too easy to get carried away.

If your period is not due then it could have been your hymen. If the bleeding continues today then it was your period and you need to start taking the pill.

The bleeding was probably caused by you being too tight, not wet enough (doubtful I think) or, more likely your guy needs to cut his nails. They can scrape against 'you' (your VAGINA) and cause bleeding.

right ok, well im not bleeding today. so thats good.

i am ready for all the fooling around though, just not sex yet. i panic about EVERYTHING, trust me.

Taking the "morning-after pill" it not like eating sweets. Very many people feel seriously ill and are REALLY sick for about half a day after taking ist. So there is no secret taking of the morning-after pill. (Someone would notice you are not feeling well and wonder)
It is designed to help in real emergencies (split condoms, rape, been sick after taking pill...) and not for people who were petting and are panicking- sorry to say so.
His sperm can't get into you from the outside, so i wouldn't worry about pregnancy, as for the blood, i can't help, Most people bleed with first time sex, because of rupturing the hymen, but i'm not sure if just fingering can do that.

Yeah because after all, it's only BJ's  BJ's are nothing. Just do them to anyone. You're not being easy if you only give a BJ  LOL you girls sometimes.

Oh and by the way, this is a bit of topic but we'll think of you as being just as easy if you give a BJ or have sex. It's not because you're not adding a line to the list of guys you've slept with that you're being less promiscuous.

Ok, that was unnecessary.

Her question was health related. She was not asking you for moral advice. In case this escaped you, she's fooling around with her boyfriend, not just "anyone". If this offends you, it's something you'll have to deal with, as the majority of young people in relationships ARE sexually active.

If you think every girl who has sex or gives someone a blow job is a slut, then I hope no one is ever foolish enough to get involved with you. You're not exactly showing much respect. Your "opinion" was both offensive and unsolicited.

sorry to offend you. I was just talking about the way she seemed to banalise "a BJ" as if it was no big deal.
I was just saying that it's not less promiscuous to give a blowjob than to have sex. I'm perfectly fine with her doing that. Not saying she shouldn't be doing that. Actually if you read what I wrote differently, you might see that I might be telling her to have sex too but I'm letting her decide.
I was just saying that just giving blowjobs and not having sex because "it's not so bad and is less slutty" is not the right reason because it's untrue. Fair enough if she's a bit worried about losing her virginity but it shouldn't be for some moral reason.

I hope that makes sense.

bjs might be on the same level as sex after you've had a go at everything, but i think that before that first time, it will be quite different.

To be fair she never said she wasn't having sex because she thought it was less promiscuous or anything like that, just because she wasn't ready. And also...where did blowjobs come from? Did you actually read the thread? If she's not ready for intercourse - there are a hundred reasons other than not wanting to seem like a slut.
