Wouldn't bother with any of them to be honest, deadlifts and shrugs would be my choice.

Do wrist curls for both anterior and posterior parts of your forearm

When working the post. part lets the dumbell roll as close to your finger tips as possible and the roll it up into your palm before you clench and do the finale upward contraction.
Curl dead wrist lift x 4 x 5 x 6. Build up. Protein shake.

Dumbell roll figure x 2 repeated x 4.

Upward, decline shift, back x 5.

all i do is push ups and pull ups and i must tell you i got great big muscles now

sweet guys, cheers, i think ive actually got some hand grips knocking about under my bed. but ive just run a bloomin half marathon so at the moment couldnt give a monkeys bout my arms. ouch! lol.
