Bra Trouble

I need some advice on how to remove a bra with 1 hand. Currently, I suck. I have to fumble with 2 hands, often with not much success...Its pure comedy for my girlfriend but somewhat embarrassing for me. I'd like to learn before this coming weekend if possible as I'd like to surprise her with my new found skill!

Pointers would be welcomed.

Well yes... I just need to actually know the technique to practise!
Its not really a technique, learn how bras work and they become easy. Its just practice. Some guys find it easier than others.

ok.
as I have never done this to anyone bar myself, i think there are two ways of doing it.

1) two handed method. Reach behind, grab the backstrap. There will be two bits. The top piece, in your right hand has hooky things in it. The bottom piece in your left hand has loopy bits. Hold the left loopy bit firmly then push the right hand hooky one towards your left hand. The hooks should come out of the loops.

2) one handed. With your right hand, reach behind and find the join. Hold down the lefty loopy bit with your little and ring fingers and with your thumb and forefinger grab the righty hooky bit and it shoudl come apart.
EDIT - try this website www.wikiafterdark.com/index.php/Take_Off_a_Bra

Two-handed is easy enough...Take one part in left hand, and the other in the right hand, push your hands towards each other and the hooks will come loose (as segat1 said)

One-handed is rather difficult, but still possible. It's exactly like the two-handed method, only you're using two fingers on each side instead of one hand on each side.
i would suggest that you wear a bra and practice taking it off yourself
You could just try a sort of push/pull mechanism, the two parts at the back overlap, hook your thumb underneath the top bit and and just lift it, it should come apart easily.

-Thumb on the right side of the bra strap
-pointer finger and middle finger together on left side of bra strap (try to get both the tips of your fingers and your thumb over the metal clasps)
-push the clasps down against her back and begin to close your hand sliding your fingers and your thumb together until they meet (sliding the clasps towards each other)
-(the tricky part) now you have to slide your thumb underneath your other two fingers (the goal is to slide one end of the bra over and past the other thus undoing the clasps)

..viola!

I just call the method "fold and flick" and it works easily and is easy to teach. However, this isn't for H&R.
