I think that if a girl takes time for you then that is a good sign. If you are in a group, does she sit down next to you? Does she ask you questions/try to engage a conversation? Is her body position directed towards you? Is she treating you different than everyone esle?

Subtle little things can often reveal if a girl is into you or not.
