Im 19, weigh about 60kg and did 20 reps on 30kg the other day
16, can do 10 without stopping at 60kg, can however do another 10 on 65kg but only with a pause around the 7th rep. How much can you guys curl?
can bench around 60 kg. I'm slightly intimidated by my twin sis, she can do the same

Erm, I don't know about my max, because I don't see the point in doing like 2 reps on 100KG. But I bench 70, 3 sets of five. I increase the weight every few weeks by 2%, I'm following a good program. I'm 16 btw..
^ Thats good.

I'm 19, been training on and off for about 2 years. Seriously for about the past 6 months. My 'comfortable' is 100KGs, but I can do a few reps of 110.
40kg, 2X7reps.

30 reps on 30kg
do you include the weight of the bar or not? if u do how much extra is it? 10kg or 20?
Reply 11
usually people include the bar since it is usally a decent proportion of the weight you are lifting. the majority are 20kg.

Im 18 (just), weigh 85kg, I've been training seriously for 9 months...i can comfortably bench press 100kg...one rep max = 120kg! Life is sweet when you're MASSIVE!

I calculated the weight of my bar and it came to 7kg :s Is that fairly unlikely? I used some of my weights and moments to work it out. I can do 27.2kg + bar for 3 sets of 10.
I can bench 60kg just - think their maybe some bull****rs on here though. not all of u just some lol
6 reps at 70kg or 2 reps at 80kg

i only weigh 68kg (10.5 stone), but have quite strong arms

3 sets of 10 on 55k. I've never really seen what I can do on 5 reps or 1 rep. I'm 17, and about 6"3/6"4, so I should be benching a lot more really given my phyiscal size. I weigh about 13 stone. Does anyone know what a good weight is for my height? Like 14/15 stone?

Does anyone do dumbell presses on a swiss ball? Its awesome man. I reckon ive got the strongest core muscles in all the universe off of ball exercises.

I go with my bro's mate, whos 30, and he can bench 130K! He's only like 5 foot 10, but has THE biggest arms and chest I've ever seen. It's funny having to take all the wieghts off for my set after hes finished benching.

Similar weight and height to you, im fairly happy at this weight, though i do want to continue building up some more muscle, since it doesnt suit a tall person to be skinny (not that i am)
